Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Content, Digital Marketing, or Brand roles.
- Good understanding of industrial and consumer goods product branding (experience in both B2B and B2C is a plus).
- Able to manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) consistently.
- Strong skills in content ideation, content planning, and content execution.
- Able to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
- Familiar with online marketing campaigns and paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads and TikTok Ads).
- Experienced in campaign execution, product launches, and channel activation.
- Familiar with KOL / influencer collaborations and digital media activations.
- Able to work independently as an individual contributor, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and capable of handling multiple brands simultaneously.
- Up to date with digital trends, social media trends, and industry developments.
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
